How old do I have to be?
8 years old and at least 4'4" (132cms) tall for Arrive and Drive practice sessions and children's events.
16 years old for all race events & exclusive events. For all the options for event please select either Adult or Junior Events section.

My child is nearly eight years old - can they race?
NO for insurance reasons each child must be over 8 years of age.

My child is nearly 4'4" (132cms) - can they race?
NO for safety reasons each child must be 4'4" (132cms) or taller.

Am I going to fit in your kart's, I’m 20 stone / I’m 6’7” ?
We’ve had lots of drivers who have been that weight/height but we can’t guarantee it as everyone is a different shape

If you are unsure, we recommend that you come down prior to booking and you can try our kart's for size

Is it Safe?
YES, it is. As long as drivers listen to what they are instructed to do, then they'll be fine. Any driver who we think will cause danger to themselves, or to others will not be allowed to drive

Will we be instructed on the rules and how to drive the kart's?
Yes, all drivers will be given a full NKA Safety Briefing, which will explain everything from getting in and out of the Kart to driving the track and knowing what the flags mean

What clothes should we wear?
Just casual wear with trainer style shoes (no sandals or flip flops). We supply all safety clothing, Helmet, Balaclava, Gloves, Race Suit.

Are all the kart's the same as each other?
Yes, we have two types of kart's - Cadets and Adult kart's with both being fitted with pedal adjusters. All the kart's are serviced and tested regularly to make sure you have a fair race.
